Description: 30 Years old male. Seropositive status was on treatment for pulmonary TB. Due to TB, he developed a Tracheoesophageal fistula. An esophageal stent was done to bypass the fistula but it failed. Ultimately, the patient was operated for the TO fistula. The patient was operated by RT Thoracotomy. Tracheal and esophageal rent identified and sealed with interposed intercostal muscle. The patient improved post-surgery.
